London — opening

We are not settling in London yet. The desk is being funded and staffed; until it opens, nothing here can be booked.

What this desk is

Opening next quarter. Taking expressions of interest now; nothing settles here yet.

What opening means

A funded float, a vetted agent with references, somewhere to meet, and published hours we can keep. Until all four exist we would rather show the city as closed than take a booking we cannot honour.

In the meantime, Beograd is the nearest funded desk, or any bank and on-chain route settles remotely with no city involved at all.

Routes that touch London

Any route with a cash leg can settle here once it opens. The other side can be a bank rail or on-chain, in either direction.

Identity in London

The same everywhere: nothing below the band for your tier, one question about source of funds above it, and no document taken either way. Local rules do not change this, and an agent asking otherwise is breaking their agreement rather than following a regulation.

Common questions
Do I need identification in London?

No. Below your tier band nothing is asked at all, and above it we ask about the source of the funds rather than about you. No document is taken, photographed or stored at any point.

How much cash can London do today?

This desk holds no walk-in float. Every handover is funded for the specific transaction with notice, so the answer depends on when you ask rather than what is in a drawer.

Where exactly do we meet?

The agent gives you a location on the request thread once your funds are confirmed. It is a fixed indoor location during opening hours, never a street corner, and never somewhere you have not agreed to.

What if nobody shows up?

Open a dispute on the request. It freezes immediately, an operator answers within two hours, and you are made whole from the desk before we settle with the agent.
