Plain language first, clauses under it. If the two ever disagree, tell the desk — the summary is meant to be true.
Agent agreement
The terms every cash desk on the marketplace signs before a single client sees them.
Updated 1 August 2026 · applies to transactions requested after that date
Agents are independent, vetted, funded and accountable to us by name — the asymmetry that lets clients stay anonymous. An agent sees a route, an amount and a city. Asking a client for identification ends the relationship on the first occurrence.
Standing
An agent is an independent counterparty operating their own desk, not an employee or a branch. You set your own hours and decline whatever you choose to decline.
You are accountable to us by name, with a verified identity on file. This is the exact inverse of the client relationship and it is deliberate: someone in every transaction has to be answerable, and it is not going to be the client.
Vetting and admission
Identity, source of your own working capital, references from two existing counterparties, and a probation period at reduced limits.
We publish your handle, city, hours, spread, float band, settled count and rating. Clients choose you from that, so it is kept accurate.
Float
- You maintain a declared float, which is what you can pay out today. Routing is sized against it, so an inflated figure produces jobs you cannot serve and disputes that come back to you.
- Below 80,000 EUR equivalent you come off the routing list until you top up. Above your ceiling, jobs are offered with notice attached rather than immediately.
- Movements are logged and reconciled against your day sheet. Close the day with a counted figure, not an assumed one.
Handling a job
- Respond to an offer within ten minutes during your published hours. Declining is free; declining constantly moves you down the routing order.
- Never pay out before the desk confirms receipt of the client’s funds. That confirmation is what protects you, and paying early is at your own risk.
- Verify the collection code and nothing else. Do not accept a screenshot of it, and do not settle on a partial or remembered code.
What you must never do
- Ask a client for a name, a document or a phone number. First occurrence, removal.
- Photograph, film or record a client, or the meeting.
- Retain client details of any kind after settlement, or discuss a client with anyone including other agents.
- Approach a client directly to deal outside the desk. It removes their protection and ends your access.
What you are shown
Route, amount, currency, city, the client’s handle, and any note the client chose to attach.
Never the other leg of their trade, their other transactions, their history, or anything about who they are — because we do not have it either.
Commission and payout
Commission accrues per settled job at your agreed rate and is paid every Monday for the week before, in the currency and to the destination on your profile.
Shortfalls, disputes resolved against you, and unreconciled day sheets are deducted before payout.
Suspension and removal
We may throttle routing, suspend or remove an agent for a low float, an unreconciled sheet, a pattern of declines, a dispute resolved against them, or any breach of the section above.
Removal does not release you from obligations on jobs in flight, and it does not release us from commission already earned.
Records
Agent-side records do not burn. They are the accounting trail between two businesses and are retained for as long as the law requires.
Client records burn on the client’s instruction, and nothing on your side is permitted to reconstruct them.
