You send an international wire in USD, EUR, GBP or CHF. Received before 14:00 CET it usually settles the same day; a correspondent bank may deduct its own charge in transit.

Above the standing reserve of 680k USD the desk needs 24 hours to position, which is scheduling rather than refusal. You are told at the quote, not at the counter.

Yes, and you should. Locking freezes the figure for 14 seconds as a guest, 60 as a member and five minutes as VIP. If it expires we requote and nothing is charged.
Message the desk. Above the published ceiling we quote by arrangement rather than automatically, usually with a day of notice, and the price is agreed before you commit anything.
You meet the agent whose listing you selected. If they cannot make the window, the desk offers you another and your rate is unaffected.
