Pick a direction and an amount. The figure you see is the figure you receive — our percentage and the flat charge are already subtracted, in the currency you will actually hold. There is no spread hidden inside the rate, which is the trick most of this industry runs on.
Published rates move continuously and are indicative. They become a price only when you lock one.
Locking starts a visible clock: 14 seconds as a guest, 60 as a member, five minutes as VIP. Inside that window the price is binding on both sides. We will not requote you upward, and if the market moves in your favour we still settle at the locked figure.
If the clock runs out we requote at whatever is current and you decide again. Nothing is charged for an expired lock, ever.
For a cash leg you pick the agent from the marketplace rather than being assigned one. Each listing carries a float, a spread, published hours, a settled count and a rating. Pick on price, on size, or on whoever is closest to where you already are.
Bank and on-chain legs settle remotely and need no agent at all — just a destination.
The desk confirms receipt before anything is released on the other side. That confirmation is what protects both you and the agent: no agent may pay out before it, and none of them will.
If funds never arrive, the request cancels itself after 24 hours. Nothing moved and nothing is owed.
For a cash handover you get a six-character collection code. That code is the entire check. You will not be asked for a document, and an agent who asks for one is removed from the network on the first occurrence.
When a request settles you can burn the record — immediately, on a schedule, or all at once later. Counterparty, amount and route disappear permanently. Where law obliges us to keep a minimal record we keep that alone, with no profile attached, because there is no profile to attach.
Every request shows which of the six stages it has reached and whose move it is. Most of the frustration in this business comes from not knowing that, so we made it the centre of the screen.
No. The calculator prices any route at guest rates with nothing entered about you. A handle only becomes necessary when you want to transact, because we need somewhere to send the stage updates and the collection code.
A guest pays 1.40% plus €25 and gets a 14-second lock. A member pays 0.85% plus €10 with a 60-second lock. A handle costs nothing and takes about a minute to create, so on anything above a few thousand the handle pays for itself immediately.
No. A locked quote binds us for the period shown. If it expires before you confirm, we requote at the current rate and you are free to walk away — you are never charged a difference.
Tell the desk. If it is short we requote the smaller amount at the same rate where we can. If it is over, the surplus is returned to its origin less any unavoidable network cost.
In Beograd and Dubai, usually 15 to 40 minutes from confirmed funds. In smaller desks, or above the standing reserve, the desk needs notice — the city page for each location states its own timing rather than an average.
