You hand notes to an agent you chose from the marketplace. Nothing is released on the other side until the desk confirms the count — that confirmation is what protects both of you.
This side accepts EUR, USD, GBP, CHF. Currency choice does not change our percentage — only the market rate differs.
You collect notes in person from the agent, against a six-character code. No document is asked for, and an agent who asks for one is removed on the first occurrence.
You can take delivery in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF. Pick it in the calculator before you lock; the figure you see is the figure in that currency, fee already subtracted.
At the current rate of 0.9841, a member sending 50,000.00 EUR receives 48,774.53 EUR — that is 49,202.75 gross, less 418.22 at 0.85% and a 10.00 fixed charge.
Nothing else is deducted by us. There is no network fee and no correspondent bank on this route, so the figure above is the whole cost.
Two handovers, one request. You hand notes to an agent in the sending city; once the desk confirms the count, a collection code is issued for the receiving city and a second agent pays out there. No cash travels between cities — each desk settles from its own float and the two are squared afterwards, which is why both cities have to be funded on the day.

Counting and verifying notes takes twenty minutes to an hour depending on size. The outbound leg then settles at its own speed.
Above the standing reserve of 740k EUR the desk needs 24 hours to position, which is scheduling rather than refusal. You are told at the quote, not at the counter.

Yes, and you should. Locking freezes the figure for 14 seconds as a guest, 60 as a member and five minutes as VIP. If it expires we requote and nothing is charged.
Message the desk. Above the published ceiling we quote by arrangement rather than automatically, usually with a day of notice, and the price is agreed before you commit anything.
Two — one in each city, and you pick both when you create the request. The sending agent counts and confirms; the receiving agent pays out against a code issued only after that confirmation. If either cannot make their window the desk offers a replacement and your rate is unaffected.
